Getting bsod in metro with 64 players with hypertheading on.Bf3 issue or a driver one?

Anyway i dont get artifacts and gameplay is very smooth (not like 11.11a or 11.11c that give me flickering and artifact in bf3, im on stock 5970, no oc), i can live without HT anyway.

support this driver hd6990m?

AMD Catalyst 11.12 (8.922 December 03) = 11.11 WHQL..

That's pretty much that for it being new driver which it's not. This is a 3rd party manufacturers updated version number of 11.11 WHQL drivers. Doesn't come with any corrections, doesn't include the new modules.

 

That test tells me the difference is negligible. Everything staying within the 5 fps margin is negligible, so if you repeated those tests you would get lets say 30 instead of 32 in game X, repeat again and you'll get 31....

People should try these drivers if they're having problems or if they just want to....test the drivers.

 

Yep,and it gives the same BSOD as the 11.11 WHQL,for the crossfire mobility cards.The 8.93 works fine.

i thought this was a mature forum yet the majority of the posts in this thread ( like this one) suggest it is for 12 year old's. some of the posts are so horrible they are giving me leukemia.

at least ,these beta drivers solve the wrong refresh rate problem which official drivers do not

 

These have worked pretty good so far, driver components were all newer than 11.11c as was the application profiles this contained in comparison to 11.11 CAP 2 had no issues with them so far but there's nothing much different to 11.11 either.
(Some new profiles as I can see but else there's not much, performance seems mostly the same from what I've tested - which means it's pretty good - and they are fully stable.)

 

Any uninstall problems / how to uninstall?

Anyone know when 11.12 comes out also?

11.11c are best for arkham city dx11. The rest belong to 8.93 which I believe has kind of an installation issue. 11.12whql will be an excellent driver

 

Good for you - the 11.10x betas all leaded my card to the "display not responding" error when I was using my audio production software. 11.11WHQL worked fine here, so does the a/b/c performance drivers.

Like I said, use it IF you have problems with other drivers.

12.1 drivers, I think those Nov 30th ones (There's a thread a page back or so.) are still the latest (leaked, unofficial.) release.

(Possibly a early beta or late alpha then, these here would be a beta or even RC of 11.12)
