I tried to do exactly the same thing in the past, but I've only managed to spawn the cop cars by replacing them to the generic traffic, however this means that while there was cop cars driving around they would act exactly like the common civilian... I would LOVE to add proper patrolling cops all around, it would make the game so much cooler, you would be forced to carefully plan every high profile move like in a Bourne movie or such! PS: Actually there ARE patrolling cop cars already coded and working in the game, it's just that they spawn EXTREMELY rarely, so for me even tweaking their spawn rate would be enough honestly.
I see patrols more often in my E3 Lite v2 because of the global increased traffic. You can find traffic mod in my Variety Pack.
Yep but it still have a small percentage spawn chance, it would be awesome to be able to change the spawn ratio itself so they aren't rare anymore.
If you change it, you might want to find a way to change the A.I. then, since they drive like maniacs when you find them.
Yep, they drive more or less like the ordinary citizen as long as nothing disrupts their flow, but as soon as anything disturbs their existence it's hell on earth.. :giggle2:
