Palit recently submitted a GeForce RTX 2070 for review, this 499 USD graphics card is the more simplified version in the range of RTX 2070 cards that Palit offers. This card might perhaps not be the s... Review: Palit GeForce RTX 2070 Dual
Thanks for the review. HH, do you think you'll review the Palit 2080Ti? It's a "cheap" card compared to the others.
Nicely designed card by Palit. Great temps and noise levels. Dont care about the 2070 though. Must keep an eye on Palit for future releases, esp Turings successor.
Man I just went to a store here in Japan and was asking the price for the same model and it was like $600+ lol
can be worse , in romania the average price of a 2070 is 680euros )) , the cheapest in stock 611euros , for 1 day there was the MSI armour model for 500e , now like i said you won't find any for a while , since everyone want's to sell them over 600e , probably forced by nvidia
Hilbert, First two graph of Strange Brigade show up as Far Cry 5. Also in the drop down list shows "DX11: Strange Brigade"
Over here this Palit Dual seems to go for 579 euros. It's the cheapest non-blower 2070 around. Typically the custom cooler equipped 2070s go for more than 600, with some brands/models even more than 700. Ridiculous. Intel 9000 series CPU and Nvidia 2000 series GPU is today the right combo for all self-respecting oil barons and oligarchs.
Yeah it depends a lot on location and availability, Germany alternate is listing it at €519.00 while in Poland I notice €649
I for once can't wait for DX12-raytracing SLI benchmarks. Probably in new BF as they seem to invest a lot of effort and had it working long time ago. So they may have most advanced and most tuned implementation. And Yes, I did expect that RTX 2070 missing nVLink is because RTX part of rendering may have 100% scaling and 2x 2070 with ~12GigaRays/s could possibly be above 10GigaRays/s on RTX 2080Ti.
Thanks for the review. Impressive thermal and noise performance. Although, what makes me a bit reluctant in considering Palit GPUs (even Galax) as part of my builds is their short(er) warranty period, which is 2 years compared to let's say MSI and Asus that have 3 year warranties. To me that shows Palit is a bit less confident in their boards. Anyone here with a Palit GPU that is outside warranty? Any issues?
Well a fast google can show palit does tend to generate more complains from users , there's a lot of gtx970/980 that start to have the "black screen" problem after some time , but who know's.
Surprised by this card, "cheap" and without any fancy stuff but with very good performance, and that´s what matters the most. Too bad the cheapest 2070 starts at 535€ here in Portugal, it´s just too much for this type of card. I don´t know if an year is going to make such a difference for a GPU because they are supposed to last more than 3 years without any problem... Of course luck plays an important part on longevity... Also for Pallit to undercut their competition on price they also have to leave something out, in this case is the warranty period. So more than a case of confidence, is a trade between a smaller price for a bigger warranty.
Yeah, I also noticed that, but decided to ignore it as I didn't recognise the shop name. Jimm's and Komplett had the same 579, so I thought to use that amazing sample size of two for my statistical analysis.
Vimdata "in the middle of nowhere" https://www.google.fi/maps/place/Vi...a38ed48c2!8m2!3d63.1557636!4d23.8467948?hl=fi But they have had some nice low price offers, I almost bought a laptop but waited too long until it was sold out.
Yeah one was like 72,000 yen and another was 64,000 yen.. so around $600-$650 range, the others were a bit overpriced (2080/Ti).
Will this cheaper and now silent cooler still silent after few months, or years? and how much are review samples cherrypicked?
