win 7 is a legacy os, so i mean, new stuff probably isn't going to support it and if it does, it's not gonna be very optimised. The min specs says win 10

I came across a really annoying bug where the A button (I play with an Xbox One Elite v2 controller) would not work for the cover system. Or maybe this particular section of low wall could not be used as cover?

Whatever, it was a wall and so should have been useable since it looked no different to other low walls so just caused confusion in the middle of a hectic gun fight. Not great. This is the section where I exited the game in disgust as I kept dying and it was just getting ridiculously boring repeating the same thing over and over again, only to die because 4 or 5 enemies were running directly at me while I was being shot at by the gatling gun guys (so that meant I could not stay in cover behind a wall). Stupidly designed gameplay IMO and absolutely NOT fun!

 

I have also uninstalled this game from my PC. It's not worth it.
On the Steam forums, there's also a lot of people with a negative opinion about this game.
Probably it's going to be a flop.

 

They were hired by Square Enix to develop this game, so it's hard to tell how much is PCF and how much is Square.

 

I'm back to The Division 2 after playing this.

 

I bet they used SE motion-capture studios


anyway i finished everything in the demo 2 days ago, really good missions and destiny/division/GOW mash-up is actually good, it needs a lot of fixes in frame consistency and lightning

 

I have no interest in Outriders.
I just hope it brings some extra financial security to People Can Fly. They say they want to make a BulletStorm 2, but, need money.

 

Without the OG Bulletstorm devs it's gonna flop hard.

 

I loved it, shame you went to a different area after the beginning area was so beautiful!

Quiet a hard game to solo, or i'm just bad lol.
I chose the close combat class, quiet fun to teleport behind enemies and slice em with an ability.

And it runs amazing for a demo, everything was set to Ultra and it ran always above 60fps even during action.

fixing this initialization issue doesnt appear to be particularly difficult, upon closer inspection. the program itself runs fine. the annoying part is spoofing the redundant integrity checks

 

You'll need to sign the spoofing dll so that EAC doesn't block it.

 

getting insanely good performance in this game, everything ultra @ 1440p never seen it drop below 100fps yet. Mostly 130+fps.

However, the motion blur when sprinting.... OH DEAR LORD PLEASE MAKE IT STOP...... PLEASE!!!

Forcing DX12 in steam options gives MUCH better performance and also helps with crashing too.

 

DX12 is very unstable for me

 

DX12 is there as recommended, does it start for NVIDIA users in DX12 mode or same as with AMD so DX11 mode?

 

I've heard DX11 works better for Nvidia cards with this game, the game has DLSS enabled by default with no option of altering it (according too SkillUp on youtube).

 

started in DX11 mode for me I had to use command line in steam to force DX12.

Played the demo, didn't get hooked at all.
Too many loading screens, too many cinematics which more often than not felt useless and extremely inconsistent in quality.
The core third person cover shooter is solid but i found a game like The Division head and shoulders above the experience proposed here.

 

"Uninspired", as someone else described it earlier, is all.

Felt like Anthem did, kinda high production value, but absolutely nothing rewarding about the experience whatsoever.
Left me feeling completely hollow.
