Even if it used only one GPU it should be higher than what you're getting... seems like there's something broken.

I'm currently running these on my Windows 8 Pro upgrade (from Windows 7 Home Premium) and I'm seeing low core clock speeds of 706 MHz in Need for Speed: Most Wanted, according to MSI Afterburner v2.2.5 beta 1. Not everytime as last night it was running between 1,006 and 1,280 MHz (boosted) but this morning it was back to 706 MHz for some reason. I have installed the latest Intel chipset drivers, v9.30.1025 WHQL, as well. Oddly, the game doesn't feel any slower when the core shows as 706 MHz than it does at 1,280 MHz so I suspect it may be a bug with Afterburner.

    *EDIT*
I have "Prefer maximum performance" set in the Global profile.

Adaptive VSync does not work on Windows 8 with this driver.

Adaptive is working for me on Sleeping Dogs using Windows 8.

It seems at least the half refresh rate option does not work as expected (and this is the one I'm using here). But NVIDIA seems to have been able to reproduce that issue.

Last I checked its purpose was to limit frame rate to 1/2 refresh rate. What is happening for you?

The framerate is limited with the games I tried (BF3 is one of them) but I noticed tearing though I had a constant 60 fps on a 120 Hz TFT. On Windows 7 that worked flawlessly.
