Noctua announced that it will continue its tradition of supplying customers with its premium-class SecuFirm2 mounting kits for novel platforms free of charge. While newer Noctua heatsinks support Hasw... Noctua Offers Free Mounting Upgrade for Upcoming Intel Haswell-E Platform
This, right here, is the reason I'm very preferential towards Noctua. Class act, these guys... and their kits are very good balance of silence, performance and cost, and they actually care enough about how happy you are with their product, no matter how old.
Just never consider asking them for a clip set to add a 3rd fan if you're a d15 owner. You'll be in for a big surprise. http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=391440&highlight=noctua+lies
Oh Be quiet about this. There is nothing wrong with this company grow up all ready. I agree this great service by a company who cares about their customers.
How old are you -- like 12 ? You certainly behave like that age. 25 posts with the only thing you doing is badmouth Noctua like a child, just because you couldn't obtain an extra clip set. Unbelievable.
It certainly is. Kind of reminds me of that one user I will not name that did the same thing to Nvidia.
I once requested a support bracket for the NH-C14. It was send free of charge without any troubles I'm using Noctua since the first NH-U12 now. Wouldn't want anything else.
....this coolers are great,Noctua rules all the way,my NH-c14 holds my 2600k 4.4 at 60 in full load in the most demanding games , i bet that it will keep it at 4.6 as well... and i hope they will continue to support all their buyers...
Great service from a great company. He went beyond just bad mouthing, he literally lied and cheated to get his own way, then bragged about it.
you can use a spray can of isopropyl alcohol to clean the fans like new without touching them. maplin in uk sells it. *my tip of the day.
Yeah, it's him again :bugeye: Basically, get to know your product, and what services are offered by the manufacturer. If you don't get any brackets with another company, in that guys opinion, it's better than Noctua's way of treating the customers.... go figure, and get yourself some help. Still, good to see some companies still give away things for free under the conditions of service, since it is after-sales service!
