Hi! I'm trying to track down the name of a film I want to see again! It's from the 2000s, a martial arts comedy parody film, in the final fight scene the good guy kicks the bad guy on the balls but to his surprise the bad guy does not scream in pain and he looks at his empty crotch asking him in surprise where is it?! And the bad guy replies with laughter, it was blown off in the explosion in their previous fight. Any info will be highly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

It wasn't Kung Pow! Enter the Fist, just saw the whole film there is no such scene! Maybe it wasn't a martial arts film, but just an action comedy film?
There's one older with a evil eunuch but then that's not something that went missing in a earlier fight and I barely remember the name, might even have been a dub or one of the many 1980's ninjas-on-everything things that was big back then bit too old for the 2000's here anyways. Possibly also different titles between EU and US at times depending on the movies age though early 2000's hmm what could that be. I watched it on youtube years ago and it seemed to be a full length film. In the end the bad guy was thrown from a tall point and was blown up by some rocket launcher! Insanely hilarious! I need to see this again!
With enough training anything is possible, as to whether one should pursue a path of ... getting kicked in the nuts well that's a bit more debatable. Movie wise though well someone usually gets a smile from when this is performed. This is a terrible way to lift somebody let alone wring *something* like it's a wet towel but that man in the background there's positively beaming even so. Alternatively when one doesn't want the entire audience to wince over and contort in pain in the cinema something like Hot Shots and going completely over the top might be better. That one's certainly a spoof movie though but neither of the Hot Shot movies fit the criteria here. Burly guy serves man who offended lady mashed manana with crushed walnuts doesn't fit either.
Is it Kung Fu Hustle? That's a brilliant comedy that should be on the "films to watch before you die" list. The guy below would be the one accepting the kick.
