I hate this frame-rate capping BS. I also hate how some games restrict widescreen resolutions for gameplay balance's sake.

I've got a CRT monitor, bud.

    http://www.viewsonic.com/support/desktopdisplays/crtmonitors/graphicseries/g90f/index.htm

    Runs 1600x1200 @ 75mhz just fine.

@Tenma - Yes, I stated that in my original post. Before v2.3.3 I would get a constant 75FPS because of my 75mhz refresh rate with v-sync. Now I'm capped at 64fps for some reason, all settings the same.

Sorry that I wasn't clearer about this before.

I think the problem here is mainly CPU. I get framerates in the teens with my 8800 GT and 4800+, with AA and AF having next to no effect on frame rate.

Zero difference between 4x, 8xQ and 16x, AA, no difference with 16xAF and 0xAF, if both are off I do get some increase, but very little.

Bongos being a cpu heavy bar mod, and my many countless mods doesn't exactly help either.

System in my profile. I get ~80 FPS most places (Even playing 2 characters at once, one per monitor).

However in places with lots of people on screen I drop to 30-40FPS. Don't really have any bottleneck in my system. Just poor optimization imo.

All settings maxed 1680x1050. No AA (never cared much for it). 16xAF

Even have WoW set up to use all 4 cores (specially when I multibox)

Yea, i get some pretty bad framerates in shatt, its just all the network latency + the amount of NPC's mixed with human players. If i can play Crysis on High, i know its not my system its just alot of coding to handle and the game FPS suffers because of that. Meh, doesnt bother me i dont spend alot of time in shatt anywho.
