WHQL has nothing to do with how good the drivers perform!
It's a certificate that these drivers don't miss windows files during installing or after uninstalling.

After being suffering from constant lock-ups with almost every game for about a month (mafia2, crysis, deadrising2 and etc. no overclocking or whatsoever), I say *uck these set.
No regret giving up 1~2fps advantages and some s*it that nobody give a s*it about.
    going back to 258.96

Being able to apply 6xSQ was all bulls*it, samples were all massed-up.

Huge problems (stuttering in full screen) with 260.63 and Windows Media Center here, but mpc-hc+madvr didn't show any problem when I tested 260.63

If you can, test Windows Media Center (watch a sport event on TV, is a good idea because of pannings, it should be easier to notice that something is broken) and look for stuttering when viewing in full screen

    I will test 260.89 soon.

EDIT: tested 260.89, it seems there's no stuttering in WMC :)

    try 260.89 :)

no problems with stuttering in Windows Media Center anymore for me.
After a quick test on a sport channel it seems smooth again as it was in 258.96

change renderer and see if it changes anything
madvr should be better than EVR for example
My setup with MPC-HC+madvr seems fine, everything is smooth, I can add avisynth postprocessing too
    With latest 260.89

It is smoother with MPC-HC+madvr but still got 1 stutter.

maybe it's a cuss, i hope so gone look at another TV show to make sure.

UPDATE: no, i still have stutters in TV shows and Movies, but with
MPC-HC+madvr the TV shows and Movies play smooth, OK i got 2 stutters but
it runs a lot smoother then on EVR Custom Pres. **, thats one plus point:)

Simple, you download madVR then you install it, then you go to MPC HC and go
to View then to Options then you go to Output and in
DirectShow Video you set him on madVR and hit Apply,
then you restart MPC HC and your done.

madVR only works with the 32Bit version of MPC HC.

and what makes madVR better than MPC-HC's own DXVA codec?
