Geforce 181.00 12/15/2008 XP32 & VISTA32/64

Sounds to me like you aren't using driver sweeper correctly; you do still have to uninstall the drivers through add/remove progs. first, then use driver sweeper (preferably in safe mode) to remove whatever the nvidia uninstaller left behind. I don't think it's intended to be used as a standalone uninstaller.

 

Is gta 4 runs really slow with these?

Nope..no difference in regards to Far Cry 2. I have yet to play with the drivers, the IQ during the benching looked better with the 181.

Installed 181.00, no diff since the previous beta here.

 

Huge difference for me in terms of smooth game play on vista x64 from 180.84! I just went back to try vista again and the .84's made me go for a tri boot again because the game performance was crap still. But wow these kick but, the vats issue in fallout 3 is gone and it runs much smoother now. FC2 with the new patch runs smooth but I need to put in some longer testing on it later, also the newest patch has a widescreen fix to it. Grid running like butter, a tad bit slower than xp but nothing major!

 

Yep, great improvement from 180.84! Got 10fps increase in GTAIV and now can run it smoothly with around 40-45fps. No more flashing textures, SLi seems to be better optimized and IQ generally seems to have improved as well. Thanks for these!

nvm my post after further testing the bug is still there, no i havent patch the game i heard it ruins its performance so i refrain from installing it

 

downloading, 180.84 is crashing my startup, hope that these one doesn't...

Is it just me or are the a lot of gameprofiles missing in 181? 180.84 has profiles for all the games I have installed at the moment and 181 doesn't.

Missing in 181: Crysis Warhead , Farcry 2 and several others

 

The L4D issues are still not fixed. I still get the stuttering.

hello does this support x58 with 8800gts in sli mode? because i have gigabyte ex58-ud5 and 2 x 8800gts 640mb and cant enable or see the option for sli only for physx
