Does CPU PLL and VTT/VCCIO really affect CPU temperature?

Is it worth lowering these? I have tested these voltages but found no change...

The only advantage I can think of is lower stress on the MOSFETs :/

 

Not so much the temperature,but more so stability.

 

Reason is I am wondering if my MOSFETs are little too warm. I was wondering if lowering the voltages of these two would help.

In general I look stable. Still doing 20 runs of Linx using all my memory...

But when I put my hands on the MOSFET heatsinks I could swear I could make scrambled eggs on them... And I have no idea how to lower the temperature on the MOSFETs

 

You can cool the mosfets by adding a small fan that sits ontop of them or you can watercool them as cooling the mosfets enables you to go for a higher oc when your on the threshold and also promote longetivity of your hardware as powerdelivery to the cpu comes from the mosfets.

 

I also have a 2500K at 4.6GHz, 1.32vcore, but I set CPU PLL down to 1.3v to get it stable.
Everything else stock, set manually, not AUTO.
