So this program was working perfect for me the other day, after a reboot i noticed it did not autoload my OC so i attempted to re open CTR and just apply the settings manaully but it will not open. I can see the program running in task manager and tried force closing it from there restarting my PC etc.even re downloading the file and nothings working.. any ideas?

EDIT: Beta 3 opens just fine its beta 7 thats giving me issues, applying my settings from the finished stress test into beta 3 and applying them my system is stable and running the OC no problem. Still no fix for beta 7 though.

    Hi

    I have a X570 Impact Crosshair motherboard and a 3900X.

When I use the program , simple the Diagnostics, even the 1.1.beta3 and Beta7 at one point reboot every time my systems. There is a method to fix this?

    Hi all.
Maybe stupid question, but bit confused... I use CTR 1.0 beta 3 still but want to update to 1.1. How to do it safely? If I should reset profiles in 1.0 and simple overwrite all files by files from 1.1 archive? Few files are still in use when profile loaded, so cannot to replace then in simple way. And how to totally remove CTR safely in case if something will go wrong?

I'd just make a backup of the OS, restore it if it goes titsup.
Test the backup on another drive before going any further though, to be sure the backup is healthy!
You could even use the backup drive to test CTR.

Hmm.. I think, that it is too radical solution for simple uninstaling or updating CTR :) Even if something will go wrong. I suppose that deleting CTR folder and removing CTR start from scheduler should be enough, but I'am not sure about in 100%. In CTR guide didn't find info about removing profile and CTR. BTW, where are profile stored is also question.

I've seen enough reports of people not being able to recover their previous state after upgrading.
If you value what you have, back it up.
Thats the only guarantee you have of getting back where you were.
    Its dead simple.

To make things clear. I HAVE backup copy for any case. Just can't believe, that CTR i sso problematic during uninstaling... To be honest you just convinced me to not upgrade to 1.1 ...

    here i am..
I do not have high expectations given my system ...
    b350 strix itx
    3900x
    3600c16
I tried the latest version. after several crashes i managed, taking llc to level 4, to conclude the test but at the time of applying the profile the gui got buggy ... too bad because with 1.275v it had found 4.5 / 4.5 / 4.35 / 4.325 MHz and relatively low temperature (i have a custom loop) i'll try the new version later this month ...

Pretty sad could it be i have the worst 5 3600 ever?

Or is my Crosshair VI (BIOS 7803) playing up with my RAm (only seems to run with 3200Mhz the Crucial 3600Mhz RAM)

Any tips on getting better results or just simply very very bad luck?

    End results CCX1 3900Mhz CCX 2 3800Mhz

Any tips or could it be my Mainboard giving me bad results.

Without CTR the whole thing wasnt even stable weird...

3900X and X570 Hero... tool is broken. After diagnostic, while testing, the PC just reboots after some steps. Need fixing to be of any use unfortunately. Too unstable at the moment

    Hi!

It worked pretty well for me. I was chasing 10k+ in CBR20 and could never get it. I got it with CTR 1.1 beta 7. Thank you very much! Not just for the free OC. Also because you've helped me understand what's going on in the CPU a bit better just by watching CTR do its thing.

Only problem I have is that the score I uploaded is off by an order of magnitude. I'm listed as getting a 1007, but I saw CBR20 run and it was a bit over 10,000, I just ran it myself and I got 10,039 (see screenshot). Not complaining -- I dont' care about leaderboards. Just wanted to let you know there's an issue there. My entry in your spreadsheet is at 2532.

    Thanks again!

Yeah one of my racing team mates had a Bronze grade 3700X. Limited to 4125MHz as one core was dogshit.
