Still nothing compared to the 340GB of the next Medal of Honor installing routine. (goes back to 170GB)

Some form of AI assisted AntiAliasing. Boosts fps big time but not quite as sharp as native resolution.
Best implementation so far was in Death Stranding imo.

browsed some reviews in the morning. the only thing that worries me is the real length of the game. bugs and performance issues obviously exists on launch, but i did not expect to see complains on how short the game is compared to The Witcher series, with many non-related side quests.

The bugs YongYea talked about in his review actually makes me wonder how the hell they thought this game could be released in April 2020? There's still so many issues, not even the day1 patch might fix it all.

Which shows that CDPR really sucks when it comes to judging their own performance and sticking to milestones. I hope they learned something.

I like people bandwagoning on that thread.
Sure i have no love for CDPR but come on, when you have a project spanning 1000 of people things like that are actually easy to overlook because everyones approach is literally "someone else did approve that, right?".

People think it's still a 40 man indie where everyone puts their full thought and attention into the project while it's actually an unironically a corporate monolith spanning ~1000 or so people over 3 studios in poland and couple others worldwide, where every single individual just has laser focus on their individual task/field of competence and doesn't (can't/don't want, doesn't matter) overstep their boundaries, as such if it wasn't caught by those 10-15 guys in charge of implementing that specific thing, everyone else assumes it was properly checked and approved.
It's an oversight to be sure but i imagine given they ride 99.99% on good customer PR, this will be fixed in no time as having the "literally inducing seizures" sticker would be genuinely bad PR for the company.

    EDIT:
Also lo, behold the game does feature an epilepsy warning:

Reading here that some perpetually offended reviewers find the game offensive only increases my enthusiasm.

I fully expect some bugs, just hope it's nothing game breaking, as in you can't continue a quest or something.

I always wondered how photosensitivity works with gaming, since probably every other game warns you about such strobe effects anyway. Even AC Odyssey does and to be frank, it lacks guns, lasers, tech, all that stuff that usually is presented with strobe lightning or flickering :D
