Does this happen on battery or when plugged in to power???

    DUAL Graphics (Switchable)!!!!!!!!

    READ THIS! : https://support.hp.com/us-en/driver...es/5330578/model/5372998/swItemId/ob-174272-1

UPDATE BIOS F.27 Rev A (Be careful: Check your Laptop Model)

Uninstall both INTEL HD graphics and AMD RAdeon drivers.
    ---------------------
    Then install this first: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/27417/a08/win64_15.33.46.4885.exe
After that install this ad run: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp59501-60000/sp59936.exe
    Finally (not important): https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp58501-59000/sp58718.exe

Sorry to be true - [roll back to windows 8.1] if the following do not work
Your laptop does not support windows 10!

    - about Bios , i didn't update it anymore for about 5 years ... i am afraid to update it as i am afraid that my laptop give me Blue Screen while updating it and my Bios will be lost forever .
    - and i want to ask is lenovo graphic driver will work fine for me .
    - i figured something new happened .... i installed windows 8.1 and tried to install any version of driver at Display Driver instillation the graphic driver give black screen and restarts again ... which i must to delete it in safe mode using DDU ......

yeah , i reinstalled windows 10 again and the drivers installed version 16.2.1 and 15.7.1 except that come from HP that during the installation my laptop give me black screen and restart again .... while the others installed but while choosing high performance the games didn't work that give me black screen and flicker ... i saw some one have the same problem in amd community and fixed it by removing D3D gear but i don't have it .....

    install windows 10, clean

install the drivers from AMD themselves, not HP

get the latest intel drivers from intel, not HP

do not pay $100 for tech support wtf is that website

If u want to be sure ... Install windows 10 from scratch..... but skip Internet connection settings ( that is no automatic driver update)

Then update your bios (to have already been downloaded before)! Which i mentioned in the above post. (No freeze)
Install the Intel HD 4000 driver... followed by the Lenovo driver ( extracted, then right click on the DISPLAY ADAPTER from Device Manager and browse the extracted folder)
    Put some effort in trying...
[all drivers need to be already been downloaded]
