Hello, I am running Windows 7 x64 build 7600.16385 (RTM Build) with the 190.38 WHQL x64 drivers installed. The bottom area of Rivatuner just says that there are no supported drivers detected on my system o_o and yes I run as admin with UAC disabled.
I looked around and found my answer. There is a video in the below link that demonstrates how to have Rivatuner work with unsupported drivers (usually ones released after the version of Rivatuner being used). Look under "Installation" then "Verify drivers" and live with the extremely dull voice over http://rivatuner.doomdealer.com/
