    I would say yes. I've never seen it out in the wild let alone many boards don't even have 1.0.0.3 ABBA even.

    The earlier bios's had some issues, they didn't offer user control over the pci-e gen, and the auto function was tuning the link iffy.

    Nope, first sighting was an Asrock support release for the B450 ITX
