Even after I patch the game...it's still super unplayable in DX11. Rocksteady failed, period.

I do not consider drops below 20fps to be playable at all.

With this driver I can play BF3 on my system in Ultra again with no frame loss. Very happy.

I installed C and I find I need to use "Cap2" on my unlocked Tri-Crossfire 2GB 6950 setup for Saints Row:TT or it stutters. With the cap it plays fine.

Skyrim still only uses 2 out of 3 GPUs though and scales negatively at times.:bang:

That would be your CPU, and Bethesda crap coding, not AMD.

Don't do this. Causes more issues than it solves (In fact, I can't think of any reason why you would need to do this) - Causes massive screen tearing and the performance benefit is negligible. That's why it wasn't in the options in the first place. Also causes broken physics calculations in Win7.

You don't need CAPS for Skyrim, because there is none. Other games still require caps as far as I'm aware.

Eliminates input lag, and the game is much smoother overall.

Drivers working great for my crossfire with Skyrim, even though its about the same framerate as I got with oblivion profile, it just feels smoother and better.

Smooth performance here, in Skyrim Crossfire scalling not perfect but much better than 11.11b, no image distorsion NOTHING just perfect. NFS the run, and MW3 are also OK. I run on Vista 64, don't get it why a lot complain about Skyrim with these drivers :3eyes:...11.11b were **** I agree but 11.11c are PERFECT.

It's beta (performance) driver, these are generally released for specific issues such as hd 5xxx series crossfire support for skyrim in this case.

Tested bf3 and skyrim without caps, working fine.

But some profiles are missing, like sr3 and f1 2011, maybe more (im dont test more games), have to use cap2.

With it bf3 still running fine and i dont see a big difference with skyrim.

    For me better than 11.11a.

Because your cpu is different (including mobo).

to acheive 99% across both gpu your need a fast cpu at high resolutions i. e 2560x1600 or greater.

its not always down to gpu drivers. everything needs to be fast enough to work.

Driver after driver and nothing special.

Mod edit: Swearing doesn't accomplish much and your original post didn't contribute to the thread. I don't mind people venting frustration but at least point out the cause.

i like to have different drivers to try out and updates 2-3x a month, not like nvidia with new drivers every 2-3 months.

These drivers give me great performance in BF3, also seem to help me reach higher stable overclock (no problem gaming at 1030 / 1200 now, haven't tried to push higher yet).

Rock solid with great IQ in BF3, 3d Mark 11 and Heaven.

    Happy with these drivers overall.
