As I said before because I don't exactly know some stuff about the binhex code I have to experiment until I get the right result. I know what changes the intensity, the reflection distance of the headlights etc but it seems that the game likes to mindf**k you sometimes. Still it should be fixed right now. Also about the rain I reduced the color intensity, otherwise if you looked at the rain it was like rice falling from the sky.

but yah dang game engine seems a bit crippled.

 

TheWorse was waiting for Maldo config, but then said forget it will post in 12 hours, like 16 hours or so ago, but now maldo is back and saying theres a problem, so maybe TW is waiting again for Maldo to fix whatever problem, something w steam version not working w his config tool.

No, I can't update the tool in a few days. It's a minor problem with an easy workaround. TheWorse, if you upload my fix without textures the tool will not work correctly.
