Interesting sounding projector, that built in TouchBeam tech allowing 10 multi-touch points sounds especially interesting. Could do some fun things with that Shame there is no price given, time and again I find myself seeing some news tech item that's potentially really interesting, but with no hint of a price or RRP, I try to google a price and come up empty... then never look at that product again, ever.
4K Projector I have been using my projector for 2.5 years now its great I love it, It's 1080p resolution and has a brightness of 3500 lumens, I really would like a 4k but the prices for one are extremely high, You can buy 1080p projectors brand new for £400 great price but 4k your looking at £3000, Why so dear I can buy a 4k monitor for £300, Please bring down prices.
There's also no mention of the words "affordable" or "consumer" in the release, so you can expect the prices to be extremely high anyway. These are basically targeted at retail displays and boardrooms, where daylight viewing and low maintenance are key needs.
Yup, kinda what I figured. That is a good part of the reason I am not likely to look at items like these again after these little news items, a decent mention price now and then could change that ....one can hope anyways. though that is most likely tbh why no price was mentioned in the 1st place. I'm always happy to read these when they come though, just means these cool items are there and also one step close to a price I can actually afford lol
