BIOS Settings used for Cinebench run
    Set XMP for Ram
    Set + Offset mode sign
CPU Core Voltage Offset (0.050mV)This adds CPU voltage for stability and heat control. Recommend testing your CPU with values you want to use to hit high CPU Clocks and keep heat under control with stability.
Set performance core ratio by core usage to achieve 6100 Mhz P -core single on light loads 5600 Mhz P-core all core on heavy work loads
    1-Core Ratio Limit - 61
    2-Core Ratio Limit - 61
    3-Core Ratio Limit - 60
    4-Core Ratio Limit - 59
    5-Core Ratio Limit - 58

Cinebench23 13700KF 6100Mhz First out the box test. I just literally booted the 13700K set 61 single core boost to 56 all core.

So since first test not sure if clock streching, nor prime stable, not that I tested it but looks good for not trying yet.

My use case is PC gaming so I will run around 5800 all core clocks.

Cinebench23 Single without recording 2294- below normal setting,so not sure if good or bad, clock streching,I need to actually test.

Nice. I just ordered a 13700k and a z690 mb (half prize compared to z790 and to use my ddr4 for now). Wonder if i can get my old h115i cooler to fit?
The trusty 8700k have been great , but are now showing it's age.

    I game in 3440x1440@100hz (pg348q). Waiting for a 4070 (maybe 4080) to upgrade my 2070s.

Or just get a 2nd hand 3090ti. My 3090ti's run games at 4k no issues. With the release of the 4080 stats, it doesn't look much better than the 3090. There is a massive difference between the 4090 and 4080.

I got a cheap but it does what I want PC Gaming
    ♦ Mobo - ASUS Prime Z-690 P DDR5 (BIOS 2014)

I am sure you can get some awesome numbers even on a dud.You have the overclocking skill.I just play PC Games,I am happy at default settings.

    ♦ CPU - Intel 13700KF With MSI MAG Core Liquid 360R V2
The 13700KF can hit 300Watts and it is impossible to cool on a 360AIO at that wattage but would be OK for PC Gaming.

Well for my PC Usage the AMD 7700X was a better gaming CPU, I was even getting a couple FPS better on 12600K at 5100Mhz then 5700Mhz on the 13700KF. Early days and I am sure that will change.
I agree with you for the multi core stuff, kicks butt and even faster then my 12900K .

Did you try to disable the E-cores and see if the it would boost higher due to heat headroom?

No I did not, truth is I am not an overclocker, just like playing with new stuff and do not actually care how high I can go with an overclock.
I might try,not sure if I want to try for the highest clocks.I did do 6200 and tried 6300 on cinebench crashed.

Really ought to disable e-waste cores regardless - best case scenario they do nothing for gaming performance, worst case scenario they hamper gaming performance a fair bit.
