Star Citizen - Squadron 42 - Upcoming PC Space Sim.

This was pretty cool.

 

I keep avoiding playing this at all, or looking to deeply into it and I also avoid watching videos since the early years. I want to be wowed by it all when it finally releases.

That's not a bad idea Currently I'd say about 20% of the gameloops are in, and it already wows -- I started playing Sep last year, and it's all I've played since. So even what is there is now, is pretty amazing.

On the other hand, it's at least another 5-6 years away for a 'release' of some sort, and that's being generous, it'll probably be more. Which is to say, if you wait, you could be waiting forever.

Coolest and best "alpha/betatest" I ever played.....

I had more fun with this vaporwhere then with some full fledged games.

 

It's kind of sad really.. game is a broken mess and still it's more fun than literally 95% of the games I played in the last several years. Plus you can see the potential.. I have thousands of hours logged in this game now. In the meantime I've spent probably $300-400 on steam games I've spent less than 3 hours in. Battlefield 5 for example I didn't even go through my 10 free beta hours even though I own the game.

 

I actually love seeing comments like this because it always reminds me that this video exists.

 

When I can buy and play it, as in final release..... you`ll get my attention. ;p
