What do you mean by "just blocks the system"? Are you trying to change to a DLDSR resolution in-game or in the Windows desktop?

In my case, it does work both in the desktop and in-game. Only prob is that I get a performance hit (less fps) in the games I play but the IQ is definitely better.

 

The empty space is the problem.

 

False alarm, this is a problem of a crooked update for the windows language pack

 

Im not seeing any performance hit, at least.

For example Days Gone 1080p, render scale 150... so 1620p? ~80-90fps

Now Days Gone render scale 100, 1440p DLDSR ~80-90fps and it look SO much better. This is a great feature.

(PS: This is just one more intense location, it easily goes higher than 90fps most of the time lol)

 

Does NOT work on desktop or in games for whatever reason, might it be something with G-Sync I wonder?... Reinstalled the driver with and without Geforce Experience, same result.

NULL doesn't seem to be working with this driver. NULL used to cap my framerate just below my refresh rate, it no longer does that.

 

Actually there are texts about expired connection waiting for display (instead of properties).

 

Driver working great here, looking forward to playing God of War after my dinner. Started it on PS4 pro about a year and a half a go then left it alone when I got distracted by something on PC, glad I did

 

yeah very helpful, its not just me as there's a issue posted on git already.
apparently the fix is to disable ansel, tried it and it works.

 

Ansel enabled here and dxvk works just fine.

Guys I think dldsr it's only to use custom res in games only, let your desktop at your native res and then in game use the new dldsr res.

 

Are these the same (core drivers) like the 511.33 cuda?

 

So, filters appear kind of randomly, and are not always available. I can't find RTGI and SSAO for God of War, but that would be expected I guess then.

 

Performance is fine, about the same as any R495 driver. Some additional minor gains in ACV but that's about it.

NULL is working completely fine.

 

RTGI has to be configurable, ie edit depth buffers, setting fade out modes, edit preprocessor definitions etc, its often no plug and play.

 

wtf wrong with this drivers !? nvidia Control panel disappeared at all!

 

It works exactly the same as DSR. I just installed driver "unclean," unchecked all my DSR resolutions, checked the two under DLDSR that are there (far less, 1440p, 1620p, there is no 2160p), and it works without issue in everything I throw at it. Even desktop looks better than DSR desktop.
