That's pretty much what I've found out as well... As for the HiRes textures, that is not the case unfortunately... :(

my black flickering and black/red pixels are definitive fixed by upgrading Firefox to 94.beta9
i can still easy re pro if i switch to firefox release version, after i open any windows apps( together with ff in the background ) like xbox app my desktop is glitching out with TDRs and graphic artifacts but until i restart my pc and use firefox beta the bugs are gone

i'll test later on windows 11 with Release FF

To disable hardware decoding for VP9 in Firefox (it's a crappy stutterfest anyway with all GPU vendors and Mozilla are not able to fix it), go to about:config and set media.wmf.vp9.enabled = false. Or to disable hardware decoding for all codecs, set media.hardware-video-decoding.enabled = false.

    Uh, thats absolutely entirely false.

vp9 hardware decoding is fine in firefox and chrome, if you're having issues with it thats completely on your end.

Please test 4k 60fps VP9 judder test video with exact 60Hz or shut up, thanks.
It's 100% reproducible on all three graphics vendors and I got it confirmed by other users and tested it on different systems as well. No need to "discuss" this further.

I can't fix you being blind as a bat toward stutter and being held by your narcism from accepting it. This is more of a task for your shrink.

It is exact enough for smooth playback in Chrome for minutes (which apparently was brought up by you as a miserable gas lighting attempt). Whereas in FF, it is not, as it is broken also on your system, no matter how hard you try to deny it.

Right for the Call Of Duty Cold War issue, i have been contacted by the support team and they requested the crashdumps to which i have gave them, so it looks like they are defo looking into the issue.

Thats not what he is talking about, the judder issue was resolved by webrender ages ago, there was only a few fringe cases left where high refresh displays were shutting it off but that has since been removed.

The scrolling issue is a Chromium bug exclusively and a result of surface format changing way too frequently, it doesn't affect Firefox.
