This is the latest insider for Windows 10, not surprisingly. Regular Windows 10 like 21H2 19043 still uses WDDM 2.7

 

All Windows builds newer than 19043.x (W10 v21H1) are work-in-progress Windows 11 builds.

W10 will remain at WDDM 2.7
W11 gets WDDM 3.0 and probably 3.1, etc in the future.

Yes it should work fine on Linux as well....

FSR works on any GPU. Newer Drivers are more optimized, but it works for all.

GCN 21.9.2 Report: It seems Pci bus restart bug affects GCN only, not the polaris/vega/navi. So this method i will try:
separate pci bus driver from gpu package as standalone, or using previous pci bus driver from GCN 21.8.2

Ok I tested this latest 21.9.2 on my R9 Fury and so far this driver seems like it's fastest but also smoothest so far....I still can't figure why is Passmark score so much better(1k+) with this latest few Nimez drivers with 21.9.2 Passmark score improve even a bit more.....If I could guess I believe it's much better compute score which means Fury finally start using her raw power....

 

I can confirm working Mantle in BF4.
Also im gonna do some proper gaming evening in Sea of Thieves on 21.9.2.

So .... GCN 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 always had support for Mantle in drivers. GCN 5 and newer never had.

With Mantle being added back in drivers, does that mean I can try it with my 5700 XT?

 

RX 580 and vega 56/64 are worked with mantle. At least gpu series released before 19.4.3. Try it with Aida 64 and see mantle section

• ( 21.8.1 V3 ) Release Adrenalin GCN (UWP Apps Support, HotFix 2.0)
• ( 21.8.2 V3 ) Release Adrenalin GCN, with HotFix 1.0 (UWP Apps Support)
• ( 21.9.1 V3 ) Release Adrenalin GCN DCH Edition (Mantle API, UWP Apps Support)
• ( 21.9.2 V3 ) Release Adrenalin GCN DCH Edition (Mantle API, UWP Apps Support)
  
  The Problem in the Game " The Division 2 " is that EasyAntiCheat cant start the game while one AMD Graphic DLL are "manipulatet". The Normal Legacy Driver from AMD works.
  The problem has only existed for a short time, however, before that all mod drivers that had appeared up to then worked without any problems.
  Other games like Ghost Recon Breakpoint run flawlessly and enjoy the increased Vulkan performance.
  Maybe it is due to an update of the EasyAntiCheat. Even with "compatible signature against problems" the error remains and the game does not start.
  This information is not a criticism, only information for other players and users of the excellent MOD drivers.
