I mean you cannot. The shortcut has nothing to do with it. It's been about 5 years now of them showing this app with people writing annotations on captures with a stylus/touch. There is no way of doing this with a keyboard. They are completely delusional there in modern MS and don't understand even basic requirements for a PC program.
I cannot assure this is Windows 11 issue, maybe it is LG OnScreen Control app issue. As you can see I am running Windows 11 and I got two monitors connected via DP but only one monitor is detected by the LG OnScreen Control app.
I think definitely is LG OnScreen Control app issue. My both monitors is showing up when I connect one using HDMI, another using DP.

So in summary - What Microsoft Done? Change Build Number only. You can download the new preview version for checking and now it provided in details of Windows 11 Requirements. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windowsinsiderpreviewpchealth
Not sure if this applies to insider builds or newer versions yet, but fwiw Microsoft won’t stop you installing Windows 11 on older PCs Microsoft is announcing today that it won’t block people from installing Windows 11 on most older PCs. While the software maker has recommended hardware requirements for Windows 11 — which it’s largely sticking to — a restriction to install the OS will only be enforced when you try to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 through Windows Update. This means anyone with a PC with an older CPU that doesn’t officially pass the upgrade test can still go ahead and download an ISO file of Windows 11 and install the OS manually...
This apply to final release, at least what Microsoft do now is more reasonable, it is ok for not provide direct upgrade from Windows Update but Microsoft shouldn't restricted user manually install it. By the way they still check on TPM but now reduce to version 1.2 instead of origin 2.0 as requirement, blocking or not Microsoft did not mentioned it.
hello when microsoft fix on some pcs hardrives apear as unlocated space 2 hdds tranfered to empty ones
I can't help you on this, you also post at FB Windows 11 group before and sorry I had no solution for you.
the disk looks unallocated because the file system is damaged, use one of the many recovery tools to repair the partition.
well its gona happend if my friend install again win 11 (i told him wait to final relese) then see what woud happend
I don't think a member of a RAID pair looks unallocated when broken, uninitialized would be more likely.
