    Steam survey is flawed in many ways. It also shows rtx30 series being in top 10-20 most used gpus or maybe all those miners are secretly gamers.

    So 6600xt cache is a failure compared to 6900xt. Cheap piece of hardware in all of its glory. I won't get a gpu with less than 128mb cache. I'll wait next generation.

    40% miss rate for 6900xt at 4k,at what they call a huge area cost.
    80% for 6600xt at 1440p.

    Yeah. AMD should have put 64MB of L3 on the 6600XT. At least.
    No wonder AMD is touting it as a 1080p card.

    Exactly. Now it makes sense why it isn't 1440p like 5700xt. It won't be able to achieve peak performance at 1440p or higher due to bandwidth starvation...

    what a waste of silicon, $380 card that craps its pants at 1440p
    ms were smart to put 10g 320-bit g6 on their xsx and not care about that expensive cache nonsense
    the larger the cache,the more promising it looks tho.192mb will seal it.does it have to be 192mb for each rdna3 chiplet tho ? cause that'll ruin cost effectiveness

    This type of cards never do. You have to step to 6700xt for that.

    If the GPU market was to normalize in the next few months, AMD would be forced to make a huge price cut on the 6600XT.
    At 250 euros, it would a reasonable price for a 1080p only card. And it would be a decent upgrade for a lot od people.

    As you dont need more than 8gb vram at 1080p and being so close to 5700xt it would be a perfect for it and bandwidth wont be an issue at that resolution. Amd even marketed as such but the price is just ridiculous as right now.
