980Ti. But it's ok for Destiny2, so im ok with that lol the crypto market is crashing in China, so Im sure other country prices will follow sooner then later. https://www.pcgamer.com/cryptocurrency-miners-in-china-are-beginning-to-sell-off-gpus-for-cheap/ When that happens, I will get a 3080 or maybe even AMD 6800XT, it looks a very strong gpu.
400$ rtx3070 sounds like an amazing deal but when you think of it its the first batch that went to mining rigs. Who knows what kinda condition they are in.
On a Pascal GTX 1080 in my HTPC rig, a GCN Vega 64 Red Devil in my 2nd rig, and lastly, an RDNA2 RX 6900 XT in my main rig.......
I wouldn't buy used one, will wait until shops wake up and start lowering prices to normal original price, or lower since it's now older tech xD
Its strange how people bought ampere gpus. Probably many 2070super users and few dumbasses with 2080ti.
My guess would be that most people who got ampere, got it from a day 1 preorder, and was one of the lucky ones that actually received one.
Did have 6800xt but 250+ high fps to 30 low fps drops in games stuttering drove me to replace it with Kingpin 3090.
Was any game with high fps, cs go, cod, fortnite mainly first person shooter games. It's known issue https://www.guru3d.com/news-story/r...es-with-high-certain-fps-intensive-games.html
Probably the best GPU I ever owned GTX1070 and still plays all games sweet @1080p But its maybe? possible that my AMD HD4870 was better in real terms. No, its close but its got to be the 1070.
I'm on 1070 too doing 1440p ultra/v.high just fine,but with a controller. tried UV yesterday and I'm impressed,landed at 2025MHz at 130W
I may look into that. But my card hits approx 2000Mhz on it own. But maybes I got a binned equivariant GPU. yes I will look into it. This could be exciting or real boring.
