I need the module to make my system able to install, I also need to disable CSM which I wont do to issue with TV get Post/bios screen image sent to it istead of monitor, and I not gona disconnect my tv just so i see my post

Pretty sure I would have buy new cpu too, which i not doing either any time soon, Win 11 will not have adoption rate win10 due to the requirments.

I have mutlipe pc older then mine running win 10 they run win 10 better then they ran win7 and vista. they will never get updates again when win 10 discontinues cause they cant move to win 11.

Are you sure? Maybe it requires avx instructions. We dont know.

Nope, only those who have not bought an Intel motherboard from 2013-present. Not sure of AMD side.

That is bunk too 6700k support AVX and AVX2. less cpuz is lie to me about what my 6700k supports

Either way turnin CSM off and enabling intel PTT and running the test says system is not able, soo if they requirements are true for CPU then has nothing to do with instruction set less there something in Windows I need to enable cause when that install was done.

CSM was enabled cause of issue that cause when it is off for me, and intel PTT was disabled

I read the paper they made for oem and system builders and enterprise. they state it is required SSE 4.1. those lists are the "officially" supported CPUs for now. but the cpu must at least be compatible with SSE4.1 and the other 2-3 instructions required for 10 64 bit (prefetchw or watever ). Also SSE2 was before required since is part of the AMD64 base standard (replacing but not deleting the old x87 FPU), more recent version of simd instructions on x86 (SSE3, SSE3S, SSE4.0a/4.1/4.2, AVX, AVX2, and the clusterfuck of AVX-512 subsets) are basically useless outside multimedia software encoding and decoding.

Like I said in a previous post, the app is wonky. Even with fTPM enabled it's saying my PC isn't compatible, and it's claiming that it's 5 years old (5900X/Master X570). Best to ignore it for now. 11 will probably end up running on whatever 10 ran on anyway.

Meanwhile, if you check the Steam survey data, more than 50% of users are still running quad-core and dual-core CPUs. If Microsoft wonders why people took so long to jump to W10, they're gonna wonder for a long time why they're not upgrading to W11.

it can runs even on a single core cpu. of course with will not run good. unless you wanna specific map witch cpu id certain treads on specific logical cores, multithreading does not near multi-core at all.

Well another thing is we all know the cycle of Windows.

    1. XP - Good
    2. Vista - Bad
    3. 7 - Good
    4. 8/8.1 - Bad
    5. 10 - Good
    6. 11 - ?

Hopefully we break that cycle with 11 because history doesn't lie.

You can push it back further a bit, even:

    95 - Bad
    98 - Good
    Me - Bad
    XP - Good
    ...

The first Windows I ever used was 3.11, and it was good. Next was 95. So the cycle holds :p

Win95 got much better with the 95 OSR 2 build. It was quite decent. 98 was a much needed improvement, but by OSR 2 they were well on their way.

Nothing earlier than Coffee Lake for the i7 and i5? No Coffee Lake i9 processors?

    https://ark.intel.com/content/www/u...name/97787/products-formerly-coffee-lake.html

This doesn't affect me, but Windows 10 was released before Kaby Lake chips were, so presumably the buyers of those CPUs were under the impression that the Windows OS would support them indefinitely.

"At the 2015 Ignite conference, Microsoft employee Jerry Nixon stated that Windows 10 would be the "last version of Windows", a statement that Microsoft confirmed was "reflective" of their view."

Have a 7700k in another PC, enabled PTT and secure boot and to my surprise... "This PC can't run Windows 11".
I think there will be workarounds from now till 11 is finally released. Otherwise W11 will have the smallest market share in MS history.
