Nice and very useful! I suspected it was coming when a member of the Vanguard Team threw a hint in a post.

After driver updates is normal. It might not be strictly AMD's fault that Zero Dawn and Exodus recompile at every start, yet they could fix it via D3D12 driver shader cache. I'm afraid it won't be the last title with that issue...

AMD SAM is not compatible with 5700 XT?

I cant use it on mine, and at gpu-z it says that my gpu is not supported.

Btw, my memory clock still bugged after this drivers, always at max 1750 with only 1 monitor 100hz :/

Guys, Chrome/Chromium based browsers doesn't have native VP9 support, so you have to download Windows VP9 component from Store and allow HW acceleration in browser.

This is NOT AMD issue, you will have the same on NV :D

I feel like Fury got dropped at least 2 years too early.

R9 Fury still can handle modern titles on 1080p, but they abandoned me.
    What a shame..

    Fury at 1080p kills 580 and 5500. Fury x beats 590 and 5500 XT at 1080p again.

Especially if game presets are not ultra and you do not hit vram limitations.

There are few latest games where 580 8gb absolutely obliterates even fury x. Mostly becouse double the memory 580 has but driver improvements polaris got over the years.

There is no way it beats 5500xt 8gb.

the d3d12 cache is invalidated by driver updates.

I do not think so. Have you seen any recent games tested with fury/x at 1080p to confirm this? Fury had raw power.

fury x was faster than 590 as long as it hadn't ran out of vram
