I haven't had much time to play games lately, but I have experienced stuttering in Pillars of Eternity and in Resident Evil 2 (remake) which seems to stutter much worse if I run it in borderless/windowed mode than fullscreen.
If I keep GPU-Z up on the other monitor, I can see that reported hz of the card appears to drop to idle clocks for a split second...

I did have a chance to be at a LAN party this weekend, and didn't experience any stuttering in League of Legends, CS:GO, Overwatch, or any of the other games played like Blood and Bacon.

So I don't know what triggers the stutters :|

Anyone with 6000 series playing Days Gone? Still stutters?

For those with stutters or performance issues you might want to try the new optional cumulative from Windows as they seem to have a permanent fix in place for the performance regression caused by an earlier update.

Driver is extremely weird and bad. I feel an overall degrade to my total PC performance.

There's a video up on YT; I don't know whether it's legit', but it looks like it's supposed to be Anno 1800 + FSR:

    Resolution, 1080p

    Native: 105 FPS (100%)
Ultra Quality: 107 FPS (1.9% increase)
    Quality: 133 FPS (26.6% increase)
    Balanced: 140 FPS (33% increase)
    Performance: 152 FPS (44% increase)

Youtube though so video compression and what reads like it's a maximum of 1920x1080 video resolution but that's a good performance gain for what I had assumed was primarily a CPU limited title.
But it'll be hard to see how it looks like in motion due to the compression Youtube does though in a few hours the NDA should go and other test results get posted plus updates to these games and getting these features out for public usage. :)

EDIT: What is the difference between UQ and Q here though.
A ~25% performance difference sounds pretty big but I was assuming it'd kinda follow DLSS.

So say 83% then 77% then 66% or whatever and finally a 50% resolution drop though it could be anything.

Didn't test this in any games yet but they finally fixed the VRAM clocks on idle staying maxed out and drawing 30W...at least on my monitor, Acer XV272U.

I went to download the new driver but it appears that with this release, earlier versions of GCN have been put into legacy support now, that is everything before Polaris (GCN 1 to 1.2 So, 7970, 290, Fury etc).

The Microsoft Windows blogs and the insider section of it a better entry for this update.

    EDIT: Whoops.
    https://blogs.windows.com/windows-i...d-19042-1081-20h2-to-release-preview-channel/

KB pages themselves are quite minimal, liking that these exist though for some proper details. :)
