Tried to update bios on Intel DH67BL to 0163 and now it won't start up at! Bios reset or removing the battery doesn't help!

Guess that this went under the radar. I have a backup of the file somewhere, just need to to find it. Without any promises, I'll try to upload it over the weekend.
I am in the middle of house renovations, so I don't know where my stuff is.
Sorry for not uploading it ASAP, real life is where priority lies.
But as usual, I'll try to help anyone else. But within my limitations.
    Cheers!

Uploading the file can be done in two ways.
One, a fresh formatted USB thumb drive FAT32 with only the BIOS file. Plug it in, and I think there was a key combination to be pressed and will trigger the automatic flash.
Second, the one I used extensively was desoldering the SPI BIOS chip and flashing the correct file via flasher tool.
And soldering it back once the file was correctly copied over.

Hello. I did the same mistake, flashed 0163 bios on 0076 one. I've somewhere that there is a transition bios must be flashed before latest one, but I forgot where.
Can anyone, by any chance share a working bios dump for the SPI flash? I've bought a CH341 programmer just for that. My email is koothrapaali18@gmail.com Thanks a lot in advance!
