Not a trick question. But what do you think is: The most important company/ business in the world. I found the answer on the net. But??? Maybe you will all hit on the same as me?
It isn't about companies, they come and go. And the most important business is agriculture and food delivery chains.
Haven't searched the net but I'm almost 100% sure only death is a certain business. Sooner or later all of us are going to be "customers" of some funeral service company lol And guess toilet paper production is very close to that, one can't go wrong with that business, just don't make super thin toilet paper or else...
@CrazY_Milojko at some point, as you rightfully pointed out, we all will need that service. So, every time I raised the theoretical question of investing money or shares a business in this field, almost all known friends were , let's say, not pleased at all just discussing about it, not saying more. Unpopular subject, delicate stomachs, can't be sure.
The suspense must be killing you all to if you are right. But the answer is Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company. Or as we know it TSMC.
There is no such a thing as most important company in the world. Is there a most important person in the world? No. Most important businesses were already mentioned - food, groceries and agriculture and hygiene products. But everything is interconnected to a degree so companies need stuff from other companies to continue operating that include semiconductor manufacturers, but it's odd to say TSMC is most important company in the world.
I would say, there is only one company, and that is the nature itself. Food is growing by itself. Lifeforms of any kind beeing born and going to die. Water to drink is there. Rain and sun. If sick, the body can heal itself without the pharmacy business... ect... But with the invention of money, we don't hunt the food anymore, we hunt for money now so we can buy the altered man made and sickmaking food, so we can go to the doctors. Just my point of view, or well something like that.
All utilitarian companies. Function, not form. Feature, not fancifulness. Beauty comes last, whilst practicality rushes the end-goal, wins the championship and goes home to **** the prom queen.
That reminds me an old anecdote: Biologist, engineer and programmer discuss which profession is the most ancient. Biologist: God created first man, so obviously he was a biologist. Engineer: But before that he created a world from chaos. Programmer: Who do you think created chaos?
That's a humorous interaction Airbud. In all seriousness I'm going to say Water Purification. Whatever companies that clean and make our water consumable plus useable.
Yeah, In my line of work I see a lot of crazy stuff and think, wtf and thats why we are here. Because we have to be by impossible chance. To cut this theory short and not make it complicated I believe that Batman's baterang actually works.
Me? Business? No. On July11th I will be retiring from the world of remunerated work. I dont have as much Coin as Britney Spears. But I figure I will be good with what I have. Im off to see some of the world with my new found freedom. I gota make sure I make this happen and dont spiral down into a slob.
