i sure hope that with everything posted so far on the technical\graphical side, major improvements for ME1 will be present. it's been years since i installed the first game because the game-play aged.. it is very rough to play compared to the second game. here is hoping they did something good about it.

i also hope they took some inspiration from awesome mods ( like Project Variety ) about several much needed changes.

also - fixes.. audio glitches, half-baked cut-scenes ( 50% of Omega DLC for example ).. hoping these ones will also be implanted.

That's actually pretty cool and fun. I can imagine many people printing out their own cover art and using it on their case.

Though, this tool did remind me of two squad mates I never got to use because they were gated behind DLC I didn't purchase (Kasumi & Javik). Its been so long since the game release that I no longer care, but I remember feeling somewhat disappointed on missing out on Javik "after the fact" (I had completed ME3 and then learned about him after that)

I'd argue witcher 3 holds that title, aswell as GOAT. But i do agree - really looking forward to this ! Especially ME1.

 

In my opinion TW3 is nowhere near the quality of ME.

first popped up "reviews in progress" on the net are all praising. at least the several websites i saw today.

it's been a sh*ty year all around..so it came right on time. gonna take some time off work and play this masterpiece next week.

@Dragam1337, @metagamer - TW3 and ME trilogy are also in my top tier of all times. i don't think one is better than the other as a whole.

I for one didn't like TW3 because of it's open world fluff. I see why many rate the game though. It would have been a great game if it focused solely on the main story and the few amazing side quests.

ME on the other hand is a sci-fi masterpiece and for me, it does so many things right. As far as modern RPGs go, and by modern I mean 3D RPGs, nothing comes even close. The first few minutes of ME2 alone are the most mind blowing few minutes of any RPG I've ever played.

But that's my opinion and I get that others don't see it that way. Either way, I'm so juiced to play all 3 games remastered, it'll be such a blast!!!
