But this same behavior is found when using Ryzen Master. This only happen when you start Radeon Software Suite.
It was never clearly defined. But from my understanding it is only informative. Ie: software did something that the mb pickup up on.
this code is just informative, other utilities that can alter the bios directly also raise similar lcd codes. This is not an Asus specific code, its an AMI bios platform code.
Been happening on my system and 6800 XT, though nothing bad has happened thus far and there's been no lockups or driver-crashes experienced. 21.4.1 has been pretty good for my hardware. -- I wouldn't worry personally.
Probably related to the BSOD issue some users got, if it's only for Radeon Settings and this driver plus Rysen Master it would point at the Ryzen Master CPU .sys driver file that is now included. So sensor stuff for AMD CPU data and readings. EDIT: There. AMDRyzenMasterDriver.sys Terminate Radeon Settings. Rename this. Start it again. Does the Q-3 info from the motherboard LED stop. That would confirm it. It's loading this sensor driver or whatever it's doing for pulling CPU stats and info, related to the 21.4.1 CPU graphs and such that AMD added. Which is only for the Radeon Settings logging and display in the software itself for some reason, excluding the overlay which sounds like a bit of a omission but maybe a later driver will allow it for that too.
If I am not mistaken, if you want to disable it you open up Task Scheduler -Locate AMDRyzenMasterSDKTask (this task should show a status of "Running") -Right click on it and disable it. -Reboot Now, I cannot say what negative effect it will have on the Radeon GUI. If you want to see what file is actually used tab over to Actions: cpumetricsserver.exe
