Working perfectly here in a vast number of games, new and old. Nice solid set for me so far but as always if I come across any issues I'll report back.

Whoops, when installing 465.89 again, when the display shut off for the driver replacement, the PC did not like it:

Did a DDU cleanup and reinstalled 465.89 afterwards

Same here, got one yesterday browsing with Edge (also had Anydesk running in the backround), was wandering if it was just me.

Those games perform fine, the issue is with the systems.

This only occurs when installing with GFE in a handful of user cases.

    Assuming GFE = Geforce Experience
I am always using NVSlimmer and removing everything but Core, Display, Audio, Physx. I haven't had GFE on this machine for years.

i'd like to see the bsod dump file then, quite unusual to experience a kernel exception without something third party modifying the drivers memory.

Not sure if that 1 person would be sufficient. Hardware Unboxed shows a fps loss in Division 2 for instance, whereas I have a gain of roughly 5 fps. Mileage may very from hardware setup to hardware setup to some degree.

I do think an "easier" toggle in the driver menu would be nice though.

Maybe fine but still worse with ReBar on than off which is a driver issues when you start looking at them other cards that get increased performance in the same games when ReBar is enabled, that even on the same systems that you think got an issue or several.

If you compare it with Windows 10, I would certainly prefer two releases per year. One with new features and the second, purely bug fixing. I'd prefer same thing with Nvidia Drivers but the release schedule accordingly faster.

P.S. Out of topic, I flashed my Z390 for Resizable Bar, Nvidia Drivers included but I'm pretty sure I won't ever see Zotac releasing BIOS while they could easily do so. Obviously the ultimate move to upgrade. But hard to find the reason since the card provides me with my Monitor's 75Hz easily and mostly running at 1200Mhz only in order to achieve it. The last good purchase I made at 210 before the Hardware madness. If things have stayed the same, I could see my self getting a 3060Ti for 340-350. Summers Night Dreams... Especially when I see 1660 Super new costing 550-600.

No crashes here with a 1070.

Uninstalled the old one normally (no DDU) and installed this new one.

Yes, in rdr2 sometimes the clouds lost their colour. Also some occasional crash or total lockup. One time just after starting the game and moving my mouse, some other times in the middle of it.
Reverted to 465.89 and it's fine all day. This is under vulkan.

Not had any crashes on my end, but I think I've had the same graphical flickers. It is strange.

Just read about a microsoft KB5001330 problem for some users, that gives directx errors and frequent crashes. Could be why I experienced this, since it installed a couple of days ago, right before the nvidia driver update.
As for the graphical glitches, sometimes I thought I saw some of that in the foliage, in the corners of my screen. the clouds were obvious though. That and the crashes made me revert to previous driver. No issues with those.
Ps. I had no desktop issues.
