I'm loving this game, have almost 240 hours in it. The more I play, the more little things I discover in the game world. The attention to detail is stunning. Looking forward to the patch and new dlcs down the road.
Me too looking forward to the patch then I'll continue. Stopped after the first mission to play other things and then there was an almighty uproar about issues so left it alone. The kinda fun you're having is what I'm up for, looking forward to it even more now, cheers. My games backlog is massive, how do you all find the time?
We don't. At least I don't. For reference I finished Half Life 2 last year... How stable is Cyberpunk nowadays, have most bugs been fixed?
Still waiting for patches... after the security breach of CDPR they kinda paused everything so things got pushed back.
240 hours? What are you doing? The game has around 60 hours of content at most. You could stretch it out to maybe 70 hours if you do all the fetch quests.
Does it matter? I mean, how do people get thousands of hours out of Skyrim and Fallout? But they do. If he's having fun... good for him.
You're totally right. I love debating back and forth about games, but in the end anybody can enjoy what they want. I don't take personal jabs at anyone, hell I'm approaching almost 5000 hours in GTA Online and that game has been broke for years.
Yeah exactly. I'm currently enjoying RDRO with a friend who just started and also restarted playing WatchDogs Legion again which has better performance now then after release. I can wait another 3 months for a better Cyperpunk experience and then prob start over anyway. xD I think i started 40 chars in Skyrim over the years. It's what i do when i come back to a game because of mods. And i think we will see that with Cyberpunk as well.
If it's a break it or make it situation, get ready to see it break. Since what's announced for 1.2 doesn't really come close to "make it", at least not in my opinion. I do believe important improvements and bug fixes will come, but certainly not now.
^ This , i'm on the same situation and feel the same. I stopped playing it because all the bugs killed the fun for me , cross fingers this patch address most of them so i that i can finally finish this game ...
Sounds plausible enough but those are some very low hanging fruit safe bets if true lol Adding (already existing) thermooptic camo to the game, maybe couple more actually cut implants. Adding car customization (entire system on car side and assets already existed) More clothes? Probably just adding more NPC clothes as player wearable items. This one is puzzling, what's that supposed to do? Add more gangs which are pointless window dressing by themselves or add actual faction dynamics. Actual body customization, mods did that weeks ago. More cars? Two quests i guess Repopulating some unused buildings Majority of those shouldn't even be DLCs, they sound like fixes to me, i mean sure enough 99% of "Free DLCs" for Witcher 3 were also just stuff cut late in development but besides NG+ which was built from ground up, they all were menial stuff which didn't enhance the game one way or another.
Yes, most likely it is stuff they haven't been able to implement due to lack of time. What interests me the most is the gang related dlc and also the extension of NC. I am curious to know what they're gonna add. I hope they will also be able to add back what they cut story wise, but that's unlikely, they should basically have to release a new different game. We'll see.
CD Projekt Red has finally confirmed all the changes coming with Patch 1.2. The highly anticipated big update for Cyperpunk 2077 has already been delayed. CDRP did not confirm the release date yet, but the developer promises that it is ‘coming soon to PC, consoles and Stadia’. https://videocardz.com/newz/cyberpunk-2077-releases-patch-1-2-changelog-update-is-coming-soon
Looks better than i expected, shame that broken perks were untouched and entirety of broken damage balancing/economy is left as is but well, maybe in the next couple of months they'll get around to it. As long as suicidal player physics are resolved (no specific mention in the notes) this would be at least close to reliably playable.
