New Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling driver is coming?

27.20.14537.1001 apparently have it, thru windows 10 beta channel.

This + SAM (for Polaris+) would bring huge improvements for low% FPS

disappointment with AMD, they forgot the RX VEGA, and don't care for those who bought these cards, even the nvidia OLD PASCAL, has support for HAGS!

 

Will they add it to RX 500 series as well?

At this points its more than 4 years old. If ware not in this situation 6700xt would be a great upgrade from the 580. Eh...

 

i have hags enabled with 21-2-3 drivers and latest insidder beta

no new driver needed just windows insidder updates

Hmm so it appears i have a newer driver that installed when i updated windows insider CU

driver is good so i didnt notice any differences until i saw after burner displaying a new 1

nope, not there

 

From what I can see it is only available if you have Windows 21H1 (Insider Beta) and the driver through WU at the moment,



with the option to enable or disable in the Windows display settings. And to answer the question above, yes it goes away with the 21.3.1 driver.

Not enabled for the 6000 series yet in 21H1 (Insider Beta) 19043.899 with driver WU Driver Version 20.45.37.01-210311a-364952E (27.20.14537.1001).

 

Correct. Let WU re-install the driver below, and it came came back (all screenshots from after).

Still nothing wrong with Polaris though. My son uses my old RX480 at 1080p and he loves it. I even offered him an upgrade, but he's happy as it is.

 

Same beta build of Windows 10, same drivers, no HAGS on RX 580. I hope we do get it eventually.
