Unfortunately, even setting min. frequency to something like 66%, the gain is just a mere handful of frames in the places where it struggles the most, and where using 20.4.2 drivers instead I'd get almost the same FPS as before Bungie launched their latest DLC. I can live with that, but people having RX 6800 or 6900XT cards are getting the same fps I'm getting, but they can't fall back to 20.4.2 drivers unlike me with my RX 5700. I just wish it could be explained why those old drivers perform so well...

Installed, everything is working like a charm (Installed in Admin Mode - run as admin... clean upg. over 21.1.1 with keep settings).
Some new Features -> all are working NP.
Small uplift in Performance, BFV Bug is still here (but it's now looking better, Trap/Build shadow is here most of the time).
Overall Strong Recomendation -> Please Vega users try this one :D

    Note:
Please remember that not all games "like" FRT* cap :) (e.g. in BFV or BF1 FRT means a lot of stutters).
I have OFF by default, and using FRT in RTSS most of the time (It uses CPU instead of GPU)....

    * Yes is back in Global settings.

Yeah some GPU's seem to not report info to HWInfo with it.

Maybe AMD once again revamped something in regards to their drivers possibly for that stress test Wattman addition.

Have you tried to update to the latest beta of HWInfo ?
    From the Change log>

"Restored monitoring of AMD Navi21 with Radeon Adrenalin 21.3.1"

For me the GPU Monitoring works - shows all the sensors.

Installed drivers just fine played little bit 7 days to die and forza 4 works great. Im used to having rtss as a fps limiter and now thats frtc is back idk what to do. It will need some input lag testing and if it has some issues with games support.

I can clearly feel input lag with frtc during my dota 2 sessions. Anti-lag cannot save this but I can live with it.

There was that followup video on Youtube about Anti-Lag and Reflex.

The dude's findings is that when a game has an in-game framerate limiter, it provides the least input lag possible, less so than Anti-Lag, Boost, Reflex or Frame Ques (or whatever it's called) from Nvidia Control Panel.

Problem with this and something he never mentioned, most in-game fps limiters have frame pacing issues, which are absent with Riva Runner, Radeon Chill/FRTC or Nvidia's adaptive Vsync option.

I still remember the days when I had a 9600 GT/560 Ti and when the GPU was maxing out, there was huge input lag. That has since changed with a GTX 780 and RX 5700 XT now that I'm playing either in Borderless Fullscreen or Exclusive Fullscreen for when I'm using VSR to downsampled from 2/3/4K, almost always in DXVK, DX12 or Vulkan.

I honestly can never* feel an impact from Anti-Lag. With or without FreeSync. Only game when Anti-Lag made a noticeable difference was with how laggy Borderlands 2 was in 4K on my 5700 XT in DX11. The moment I switched to DXVK for BL2, the input lag wasn't there anymore, that was with Anti-Lag on or off.

Anecdotally, in Rocket League, if you mess with the in-game fps limiter and set it under the max fps you can achieve, you can see the in-game graphs smoothening out. Not to a degree I notice an actual difference when playing, but it was the only case the when YT dude's finding matched what I was seeing as well.

Stop being annoyed by this. Even if you have support for zen2 now you still need a rdna2 gpu to make use of it and actually see any performance difference.

There is too many issues with older hardware and rebar isnt even supported on zen+.

This is the same as with gpu-z, i assume program just reads from motherboard bios if option is enabled or not. I have it enabled on my motherboard (asrock taichi x570, bios 4.10) and despite having rx580, which as far as i am aware doesn't support BAR, both programs report resizable bar as enabled. Here are screenshots to confirm that:

Enabling REBAR, checking for it on a software level either in BIOS or under Windows in Device Manager / Graphic card / Resources and checking if "Large Memory Range" is there or not and actually using it are two different pairs of shoes.
As Undying already said --- even if it is enabled in BIOS and Windows sees it.... but being on a GPU <RDNA2 is kinda comparable to placing a "this car has 500HP" sticker on a Ford Escort... Everyone sees it when looking at the sticker but the car doesn't become any faster.
Easiest way to test is to do benchmarks with <RDNA2 in AC:Valhalla once with REBAR on in BIOS and once with it turned off. Shouldn't make a difference on RDNA1 and older archs but should bring significant differences (above measurement error) on RDNA2.

With this driver, Quake II RTX looks much better! :)

So much light and reflections. I think we had some effects from the game missing before.
