    Guys,

I'm wondering if any of you have this crash and restart after going into the monitoring section after gaming.

Like after gaming, I usually go into the MSI Afterburner monitoring section and while scrolling down and viewing the stats, the computer throws a blue screen and restart. I've reinstalled Windows 3 times and all the same with this same Afterburner 4.6.3 Final. I didn't have this problem with 4.6 3 Beta 5 which is weird cause both these versions are the same from what the change log implies.

Anyone having the same issue. I've not had any instability during heavy gaming or video encodings so I'm quite lost.

    My PC Specs :

    I9 9900KS at 5.1Hz O/C
Gigabyte 3090 Aorus Xtreme Waterforce WB (Stock with only power limits maxed)
    Corsair AX1200i PSU

using user mode driver or kernel mode?

kernel mode driver can potentially run into issues when used in combination with other utilities.

Is it the latest version?, theres some memory corruption / leak concerns in versions available from the middle of last year and i'm not sure the latest fixes it.

Things I've come across that rgb fusion has done to others

    > Erases your bios (Full brick)
    > Incompatibility with certain nvme's (Stornvme bsod)
    > SMBus vulnerability
    > Kernel memory corruption
    > Destroyed a persons ssd
    > erased a persons hdd's

MSI AB is generally as stable as the nvidia display driver allows it to be, but when you mix applications that should have had their driver revoked as a vulnerability is when things get messy.

Thanks for the help man! I will try to uninstall RGB Fusion and see how that goes. I have also reflashed my bios to the latest verson doing a full erase and manually keying in my overclocks. Will try it out later this evening!

    TIA!
