    Hi Guy ,

Current my system is running 5900X with X570 Unify mobo ..

During diagnostic run or tune P1 and P2 , always show "please increase voltage to compensation "...but my Vdrop level fall on 3.8 - 4.1 %

Should I need to change the LLC from auto to LLC 3 ?

Yeah I probably should have re-worded this a bit better. And even now I think it doesn't really matter, the true power saver is the operation of C states.

I'm going to experiment with setting P2 profile all the way down to 0% CCX... see if I retain the snappiness. That's because I hit highest clocks with P2, not PBO.

    hi @1usmus
First of all, awesome job with all of the releases :)
I do have a simpleton question though. My machine has rebooted during diagnostic and tune phases (randomly). The diagnotics reboot did not seem to really "halt" the process, but the one during tuning did, since after reboot/login, nothing seems to have happened.
I did save the diagnostics in a text file, is there anything I should/can do manually or how can I be 100% successful? :) Because I don't have anything to "fill" into profile 1.
R7 5800X is the cpu at hand.

    Thanks again

    hello guys,
in ctr2.0 guide it says I should set performance enhancer to disable, but I don't have "disable" under it, I only have default, should I select default? btw, I'm running 5900x on asus x570 - f
and when I'm using ctr2.0 tuner to diagnostic & tune, my computer will always restart at some stage, how can I solve this?
    thx guys

I have a weird issue where Ctr2.0 is not reporting any CCX2 values.
    Anyone else seen this before?
Also when I run Diagnostic it stops after Pheonix and doesn't do the second Cinebench run.

You have 1 CCD so there isnt CCX2 on your chip. 8 core cpu 8 cores reported. Working as intended.

    Hi Guys,

I've a 3600X Silver Sample, just finished diagnostics I start the "Tune" and when it's done clocktuner crashed and it's stopped.

Could you help me figure out if there's anything wrong?

Since that it's stopped, how I can proceed? (I should do it again?)

    Where can I find
    • Performance Enhancer - Disabled only.
    on my Asus UEFI?

the only thing I find can't be disabled, only "default" or some levels

@Hilbert Hagedoorn CTR is awesome. But I wonder if it is possible to do a CHECK before the CTR starts working, just like the BIOS does. I upgraded from a 5600x to a 5800x yesterday and I only remembered to turn off autorun, but as soon as I turned on CTR, my CPU died after about 5 seconds. Now I have to run RMA.

Don't see how 5600x settings could kill a 5800x and to RMA something you broke is not right.

There is no way CTR killed your CPU , even you would apply max voltage which is also limited . Most likely your CPU was DOA or something else happend.

    You cleared CMOS ?

Yes, I did. All settings should be AUTO.
    I don't think My 5600x's P2 with 1370mv/4700 was too high to 5800x.
(EDC PPT TDC are default, max temp is 90)
    I don't see either.
If this value is a reasonable overclocking range, and CTR does not adjust some hidden values/settings,
that is, the CPU is damaged under normal operation. Doesn't it?

    Hi Guys,

    i am proud owner of a ryzen 5900x with a noctua nhd15.
    my profile p1 settings are ccx1 4500, ccx2 4425 with 1181mv, i have no settings in p2.

Would be a problem, if the cpu is only running on p1?
the cpu is really cold in idle (35°C), a couple of cb 20 runs (72°C), i am really happy with the temperature.

I have a 5900x and I just ran "diagnostic" in Clock Tuner 2 to see what is my CPU tier and after about 10-15 minutes of diagnostics my PC rebooted itself. I dont know if this is "intended" for this tools or something is wrong?

It is intended: CTR will test your cpu to its limits and it will crash when it reach its limit. Just wait for the reboot to happen, DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING, wait up to 2 minutes, CTR will restart automatically and finish its tests.

I have no idea why this is not clearly explained anywhere, took me a while to figure this out.
