This is supposed to be another 'service pack' type update with an enablement package that turns stuff on included in the existing updates for 20H1 based updates. 20H1, 20H2 and 21H1 are all the same OS, just with different features turned on. Above you can see the earliest stages of this although there seems to be no actual features in the latest CU for 21H1 yet. Can't wait to have my windows running worse than the current state. Their updates fell off quite a bit with the november update. Nothing but issues with it. Never had to reinstall windows so many times in order to get my common performance back. Had to tweak my windows to one insane level and still have (micro)stutters, lags and freezes upon launching/closing applications and windows messing the whole OS up by itself when changing power-saving features in BIOS (turned off speedstep and windows decided to slow-mo my whole pc, not even safemode got rid off it - had to reinstall OS to fix it, twice)
You've mixed things up. "Sun Valley" is the UI update which is tied to 21H2 "Cobalt" and it's certainly not ready for May 2021 release. 21H1 (build 19043) could be released in May but it won't include new features.
