EA buys Codemasters

Loved Outcast as well. Good enough story, and multiplayer was tons of fun in both of those games.

 

Yup, now it's more like electronic arses.

 

Really surprised about the crybaby attitude here. It seems there is no original thinking here at all, no business sense, no love for new technology, only complaining wizards. Codemasters is not dead just by shouting "RIP". People should consider jumping off the hate/hype trains. Crying doesn't make anything better.

I wouldn't post here at all but the news and tests are decent. Sad that the forum part is lowly.

Crysis series, Mass Effect series. The Saboteur...

 

EA shut down the studio the same month The Saboteur was released IIRC, brilliant game.

is all based in history while i do not care about popcap ...what they did to bullfrog and westwood .... it hurts me dearly even today !

 

I think so. Love Saboteur.

But, personally, the biggest kick in the nuts for me was when they closed Visceral.
I LOVE the Dead Space series. Really enjoyed Dante's Inferno, and actually enjoyed BF Hardline.
