AOC AG493UCX is now available - 32:9 super-wide AGON gaming monitor: AG493UCX

Even my Samsung 1080p superwide was still $700 on black Friday.

But its still a sexy monitor.

 

Samsung CRG has better brightness and is DisplayHDR 1000 certified. So no, its not the same.

 

I hate to break it to you but this monitor, and its competitors from Monoprice, Viotek, Dell, and Samsung (who makes the actual panel) have been around since at least March of this year! Oddly enough there are a slew of new brands selling this panel Asus, Deco Gear, and Spectre to name a few but not AOC.

FWIW I recently bought the AOC and I love it!

 

CRG is not HDR1000 that's the G9
