Hi @ManuelG just wanted to report this issue:

Using reference colour mode instead of accurate colour mode, creates an issue with my display where the TV would flicker every 20 to 30 seconds to show which HDMI source I am using (I will edit and add a picture from the phone).

    This only occurs at 4K @ 60Hz @ 4:2:2 chroma, however at 4K @ 50Hz @ 4:2:2 chroma the flicker is gone.

No impact on performance, the flicker does not disconnect the HDMI display. It just keeps showing me the source at the top of the screen. I could probably go to the TV settings and disable the message at the top, but thought I should let you know.

TV is a Sony KD-43X8000D, which I use as my monitor (single display) and have been using it for years.

Using DCH Drivers - Will test later with clean and normal drivers. Restarted the PC, and restarted the TV too, only occurs at 60Hz.

I will do some more testing myself and report back.

Edit - Adding Picture - See top of the Screen.

Thank you. So considering I am using an i1d3 calibrated profile, "Accurate" mode is the one I should be selecting. Or maybe I am missing something here.

    @ManuelG

    Hi,

This driver completely brokes my 1st VGA monitor display, no picture.
I took the other monitor, the same.

    I'm using DVI/D-Sub adapter

2nd HDMI output is working, i have a picture.
Don't try suggesting me using DDU, it's not a driver leftover issue.

On a fresh Windows 10 installation, (the latest build) ritght after driver installation I have a blank screen.
Of course rolling back to previous driver has no issue.

    MSI GTX 770 4GB version

    What a bummer.

Guys, i cant install the driver. I tried everything, clean install, deleting all NVIDIA folders, restarting and trying again... I even tried to install inside GEFORCE EXPERIENCE and it fails everytime. I had to download the older driver (457.51) in order to play. I have Cyberpunk and i think i need this driver in order to propertly play the game with full optimization.

SPECS: 2080 Super Aorus, 9900kf, Asus Maximus XII Code, 32GB RAM, Win 10 64bit

Any reason for Background Application Max Frame Rate to have 20FPS as the lowest limit?
Why not have an even lower one like 5 or 10? Do some games misbehave otherwise?
    1.2.155 according to GPU-Z

Just wanted to report back that going to the TV settings and turning off the "Info Banner" solves the problem. Well not solve it really, just hides the dispay notification.

Description for info banner is "display programme information when channel is changed".

They only added disabling this option when the TV got updated to Android 9. Actually I remember one other driver that caused this issue before, back a year or so ago, but haven't had it since, and back then I couldn't disable the info banner.

Download the driver again, maybe it was a corrupt download. Nothing in your specs suggests the driver shouldn't work, or at least it should install.
