    yes... a few specific issues

    meanwhile RDNA has had a lot of D3D9 titles broken for a year, was just talking about it in that thread.

    with either vendor YMMV depending on how you use the computer and what you play/use.

    have you tried MSI Afterburner with custom fan curve?

    No, i cant monitoring Memory and VRM temperature, GPU-Z / AfterBurner / HWInfo not show, i afraid to damage Memory/VRM

    But in Teardown game Fans very quiet and temperature max 68 and Power max 348W, but this OpenGL game

    DirectX games Division 2, for example, temperature after 66, Fans start running at max, then temperature down to 56, Fan slow down, temperature up to 66 and Fans again at max (all DirectX and Vulkan games who can load GPU, have this Fans work)

    Quake 2 RTX Fans start at max after 61 temperature, then temperature drop to 54, then again to 61 and Fans and Max (Minecraft RTX Fans start after 66)

    In Idle or Watch Youtube or Old Games Fans stopped and temperature low

    This is not a driver issue. Probably a physical issue with G6X or VRM cooling in your card.

    My 3080 FE also runs its fans at higher rpm in Q2RTX than in other games even though GPU core temps are reported to be the same or lower. So apparently the stock fan curve adjusts according to (VRAM/VRM) temperature sensors that are hidden from the user.

    If poor case airflow etc is ruled out, I would RMA in your case.

    Probably some temporary issue with the current game profiles (or overloaded servers) but a bunch of previously detected games disappeared from GFE's optimal settings list (home tab) for me.
    Freestyle still appears to be working fine in the missing titles so it only affects optimal settings. Manually rescanning folder locations or forcing a profile update via task scheduler have no effect.

    Got a crash in WoW with these. (Error 132)

    //edit
    Clearing Shader Cache(s) and game cache seem to have fixed it.

    Why GPU-Z now reports DX 12 feature level support as 12_1, while previously it was 12_2?
