So I’ve tried disabling all these things, changing some settings in that optimizer app, yet still nothing. I’ve Googled about it now and it seems like it can be a lot of things not even related to the driver itself, like Windows Firewall. I don’t want to disable it, but they say it can work. There are so many variables that it seems like it will be a really time consuming task before I’ll find out the cause for that high latency. The good news is, I actually decided to disable Hyperthreading for a bit longer than 5 minutes for the first time ever and it seems like it genuinely helped. Even after a whole round in Battlefield 4, my mouse felt responsive enough. Same with Tekken 7, it still slows down a bit after some time, but it doesn’t feel like slow motion anymore, which is nice. I’ll keep this thread updated whenever something changes.

Why is it wrong? I can literally feel how slower the game becomes versus how fast everything is flowing when I first start playing it. With Hyperthreading on, even an unexperienced eye could see that. The game started to feel like slow motion the more I played, my inputs lagged behind and it was nearly unplayable, so I would like to hear your explanation.
@kelzthetraxer I think Smough meant that such behaviour of the game is wrong, something is wrong with the rig/OS. To me such behaviour looks like a memory leak. You can test it by disabling the page file and playing the game - if it will crush with error like "out of memory" then there is a leak.
Ok, I see. I just did an extensive test and with hyperthreading disabled I do indeed get a much better responsiveness, it felt soo much better on a big map in BF4, I could finally aim properly even there was a lot going on in the scene, whereas before my mouse would get very slow and laggy. Such a relief. Also, my high latency issue seems to be (randomly) fixed. What I did today was just updating the internet driver back to the newest version, did numerous test and ndis is finally calm, no such big numbers as before. Here’s step by step of what I did: 1. Went back to an older driver 2. Disabled every powersaving options in ethernet configuration, including things like interrupt moderation 3. Used TCP Optimizer app and changed some settings there (gaming related ones) 4. Updated to the newest driver without uninstalling the older one I don’t know, no more high latency going on, but I feel like it will come back, it feels quite unclear even now. But my system still works like it did, it still stutters from time to time, so I think I’m going to install the latest Windows again and gonna try getting that fixed timer. Also, I wanna say that my system becomes much more “stuttery” when I simply leave it idling even for about 5 minutes. Whenever I come back, I see a lot of stutters going on. If I use it non stop after turning it on, stutters still come back, but it takes much longer. This happened on Windows 8.1 as well. Any ideas? EDIT: Here's DPC results that I'm consistently getting today. I did about 5 tests overall. EDIT2: About the memory leak. I was told before that pagefile or something along these lines could be the culprit for stutters as well. I should try disabling it indeed. I have some questions for you:- Are you running multiple monitors? Is your GPU running at 16x pice link speed? Is your GPU maintaining high clocks or is it frequently changing clock speeds fast and often? When you get the stutters, how frequent are they? For example are they steady and constant? Such as a stutter every 2 seconds, or are they infrequent and have no pattern? Also, just bear in mind, disabling page file, that can cause some programs to break and introduce other problems.

Anyways, stutter still happen even with fixed clocks, because they are something like "frametime" stutters, there are no FPS drops. 3. This is how it goes 9 out of 10 times: I boot my PC up and everything is running smooth. Scrolling in Chrome is smooth, games are smooth. Then I start gaming and my mouse gradually becomes less responsive, more stutters occur. It gets on my nerves so I stop gaming (mostly because of how slow the game becomes, stutters aren't that big of a deal), open Chrome and voila, it also stutters when scrolling (like on this page). Youtube videos stutter too, but they do not report any dropped frames. Again, like a frametime stutter. However, it seems like we are going in a right direction, because I've done many things @mbk1969 suggested, as well as some other things I did myself and already am seeing pretty big improvements. Okay, gotta try it. Anyways, I turned pagefile off, left my PC idling for more than 2 hours, came back and it feels MUCH LESS stuttery, like when I first boot it up. Literally feels smooth enough right now. BUT, I'm not sure anymore what helped exactly. It may be my Network Card not causing high latency anymore that helped as well, so I gotta do some more testing. Now I'm gonna turn pagefile back on and see how it will do again. Can you try disabling one monitor (using just a single monitor connected to the GPU) - this could be a very old bug that you may be experiencing Oh, is Relive enabled?

Try Latencymon, open it, wait 30 seconds and post results here both from the main tab and drivers tab. I find it easier looking at LatMon results than this other method you are using right now. Also, is your O.S on a HDD or an SSD? I probably asked you this before, not sure, but make sure your storage device is in good condition, that could cause problems too. I assume your temps are normal while gaming as well?
I'm using this method because @mbk1969 suggests it's better than latencymon. My OS was always on SSD, at first it was on the different one, the worse (slower one). I did try swapping them, it never helped afaik. Both are 100% healthy. Temps are ok for the most part, may not be the best, but there is no throttling going on. Can high temps cause problems even without throttling? I always think about that too. EDIT: I've tried latency mon, there were no red bars. Should I try again?
No, if it does not have red bars, then latency must be fine and high temps are bad only when throttling happens, so don't worry.

@mbk1969 I know this is off-topic now here, but do you know anything about RAM speeds and timings for example? Yesterday I overclocked my PC and my RAM suddenly changed itself to 1333mhz, which I didn't notice at all, so I played BF4 and noticed some pretty huge smoothness upgrade thinking that it was my overclock, but my PC slowed down a bit, so I went to BIOS thinking maybe it's not enough voltage added to the CPU only to find out it was RAM slowed down, so I ramped it up back to 2400mhz, went to play BF4 again and noticed less smoothness and a bit more input lag. I wasn't imagining things, I was like wtf, where did all the smoothness I just had go. It felt kinda wrong. Do you know anything about this or should I start another new thread? Thank you.
