Activision significantly reduces the free disk-space requirements for COD: Black Ops Cold War!

According to the specs, PC gamers would need 175GB for installing the MP and SP modes, and 250GB for gaming in 4K/Ray Tracing.
However, Treyarch has revised and significantly reduced these free hard-disk space requirements.

According to the new specs, PC gamers will now need 82GB for installing both SP and MP modes.
The MP mode will weigh around 35GB, and the SP Mode will weigh around 47GB.

In order to play on Ultra settings in 4K with Ray Tracing, PC gamers will now need 125GB of free hard-disk space.
This basically means that Treyarch has reduced the size of the game by 50%. From what we know, this Ultra preset will also include a HD Texture Pack.

EA Teases 'Awesome News" for Mass Effect Fans

Tomorrow is N7 day, and it looks like EA's planning to reveal Mass Effect: Legendary Edition, the company's long-rumoured remasters for the original Mass Effect Trilogy.

PC Gamer has reported that EA says to tune in "for some awesome news" on the Bioware Blog website at 8 am PT (4 PM GMT).
If nothing else, that is a clear hint that EA plans to reveal their remasters, and N7 day is the perfect time to do it.

N7 Day (November 7th) is Bioware's annual day of celebration for the Mass Effect franchise, taking its name and date from Commander Shepard's rank within the Systems Alliance (Human) Military.
The N designates special forces in military code, and the 7 designates the highest level of proficiency within humanity's special forces. It also stands for November 7th.

Venture Beat's Jeff Grubb has also released the image below to tease Bioware's upcoming Mass Effect announcement.
While the image is blurred, it clearly depicts Mass Effect's Garrus Vakarian, Liara T'Soni and Tali'Zorah.

We can also see an outline for COmmander Shepherd's helmet.

    New Mass Effect

Following the announcement of Mass Effect Legendary Edition, Bioware also revealed that it’s currently working on a brand new Mass Effect game.
Although the team did not reveal much, it did share the following artwork.

    As Bioware stated:

“A veteran team has been hard at work envisioning the next chapter of the Mass Effect universe.
We are in early stages on the project and can’t say any more just yet, but we’re looking forward to sharing our vision for where we’ll be going next.”
