WTF? That's one of the dumbest things I've ever heard. If something is commonly used/viewed and then is banned it's not unreasonable to want to know why especially when it's going to come up a lot. "Rules are rules" is one of the most indoctrinated sheep things I've ever heard.

First MSI tried to bribe a Smaller Tech YouTube Channel over a review of one of their Laptops and now this. The hole that MSI is continuing to dig keeps getting bigger and bigger. I hope Nvidia removes them as an AIB partner for doing this crap. I don't care if it is MSI themselves or a subcompany within their company such as the company mentioned that deals with refurbished stuff. MSI is sill responsible and they need to take responsibility for their actions.

Yeah I think we do. I think one of us need to PM one of the mods or Hilbert asking why no GN videos on this forum?

    Questions are:
How many people were behind this?
How many of their heads fallen?

Lol, sorry. My bad. Had fever and quoted bad post. Took me a while to realize it... now.

No way to remember who I wanted to quote. But it was to topic.

As far as GN goes, I do not like their format. They provide fraction of information in text in comparison to Hilbert and Videos are more often than not all talk, no walk. Or show accusations, blame, speculations, ...

I say, let GN do what they want to do and let Hilbert do what he wants to do.

But considering that many of GN's videos are shown on their site, direct linking videos takes away traffic from their site. Maybe they themselves do not like to have videos linked directly.

It doesn't matter what they like or don't like. Where does it say this is against the rules? They treat is as if this is some obvious thing yet not one of us seems to have known about this until now.
I don't see an official statement anywhere. It just seems highly unprofessional from my view.

The problem is MSI gfx cards are supposed to be one of the most reliable brands.

Anyway, I'd rather MSI scalp their own crap tbh, at least there's a price-cap.

Removing a link video in the forums is not cool. IDC. If I was on GN and they did it with GURU3D stuff, Id call the same bs out as well on them.

Well, I too have to say, that's extremely indecent of MSI as it seems they have to either be in with this, or lacked control to prevent this. If you've got a good lawyer, you could probably sue and keep your card if you got one of those expensive deals. :D
Didn't plan to specifically buy MSI in my next build, but chances slimmed a bit more.
