AMD has unveiled a photo of the Radeon RX 6000 series (the precise number we do not know just yet). The card was fitted with a large and three fans, you'll spot two 8-pin connections. A nice design ...

It looks like it's going to be hot and hungry too.

Triple fan. Hmm, maybe I will not wait for Sapphire this time if it is quiet enough?

Also seems like they are officially going with the Ryzen font going forward.

Hope the new radeon won't be an epic store exclusive with all this fortnight promo going on.

Tbh, the most prominent new thing here to take away is tripple fan, and presented in Fortnite.
As a personal opinion, seeing renders from Fortnite is a ridiculous move... doesn't look like a professional thing to do to me. But that's just me. Would have been more impressed if anybody held that thing in hand IRL.

Did they show the product themselves IG? Or just "we will do RTX in Fortnite"? Since my minor annoyance comes from showing the card in Fortnite, not that they can do it. Which AMD did not yet announce / promise / suggest directly.

AMD cards havent had a crossfire bridge for years. Not that it is an issue as they basically killed Crossfire anyway with the low level Api's

When was the last time AMD didn't use a blower style cooler for reference? I like this much better.

Whatever the GPU heatsink, I'm just going to put a Kraken G10/G12 or something like that to any GPU I get.

I just hope this doesn't draw energy like a 3080/3090, and is closer to 3070.

AMD doesn't make its own cards like Nvidia does, so you'll still be buying the reference model from Sapphire or another partner. Though I'm wondering if there is even a space for the partners to improve on the cooling solution - seems like a very solid cooler. Guess we'll see.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but did AMD not release their own versions of the 5700 series?

Maybe MSI or whatnot did sell them these ways, but in these specific boxes? Seems a little weird and seems to me that these were just supplied to AIBs if they came in these boxes with no MSI or etc. branding...

Yes, "I will not have to wait for 3rd party design this time (maybe) and will go with the reference design instead", is what i had in mind. :)
