I just tried to use Nvidia's frame limiter for Fallout 4 instead of RTSS limiter, and it feels more responsive, thats wierd... Same fps, same latency, same little screen tearing, but feels better, it works better only for me?

iirc @RodroG tested this and found the input delay was almost identical between the two limiters. EDIT: Ah I see it was linked above already, my bad.
